Important information
With his signature on the entry form, the exhibitor certifies that he is acquainted with the DKK show regulations, that he will observe these regulations and approves that the dog is shown at his own account and risk. With his signature, the exhibitor certifies that he is responsible for the correctness of the data stated on this entry form. Tail docked dogs born after 1 June 1996 cannot be shown. After Spaniel Klubben has received your entry and payment, you will receive practical information, your number sign and receipt, approx. 8 days before the show.

Veterinary rules
The dog must be vaccinated against distemper and parvo virus. Foreign dogs must also be vaccinated against rabies according to Danish legislation. Documentation for vaccination must be brought to the show. Puppies under 3 months must not be brought to the show. The dogs that are shown must be in good mental and physical health condition and not show any signs of illness. Moreover, we refer to the provisions of the show regulations of the DKK. If a dog has caught a defect which can be certified by a veterinary certificate, the veterinary certificate must be brought to the show. The exhibitor pays for any treatment undertaken by the show veterinarian. The treatment must, however, have been approved in advance by the exhibitor.

With his signature, the exhibitor certifies not to be a member of a cynological organisation which is not recognized by the DKK. Foreign owned dogs must be registered in an organisation recognized by the FCI.
